Toms River, NJ - After sweeping the Owls in back-to-back games earlier this season, OCC Baseball fell to Union County College, 10-8, on Tuesday (4/12).
Ocean sophomore Mike Brunner belted his 5th home run of the season in the top of the 3rd, and drove in another run in the top of the 6th with a double in a game that was plagued at key moments by the Vikings' defensive errors. Freshman Brian Yadlon was in peak form at the plate, launching doubles in the 5th and 7th innings, and driving in 2 runs in the process.
The Vikings return to action on Friday, April 15, when they travel to RCSJ Cumberland to face the nationally-ranked Dukes in a 3:30 P.M. matchup.
