Toms River, NJ - OCC Men's Basketball won their 2nd consecutive game in an 89-55 blowout at Delaware County CC on Thursday (11/13).
All 15 members of Ocean's roster saw action tonight, with each contributing to this Vikings' victory. Sophomore Myles Marabuto led the scoring effort, with 20 points and 4 assists, while sophomore Jamari Smith and freshman Aiden Sosinov contributed 18 points apiece in the dominant win. OCC freshman AJ Lemons continued his stellar play of late, scoring 13 points while pulling down 4 rebounds and 4 steals in his 23 minutes of action.
"Decisive win last night. Marabuto and Lemons really got us off to a fast start with their perimeter shooting," reflected OCC Men's Basketball Head Coach Patrick Boylan. "Smith and Sosinov continue to impress on both sides of the floor. Bench was fantastic as well with everyone contributing. We now gear up for a very big matchup versus Northampton on Saturday."
As Coach Boylan stated, OCC Men's Basketball next takes the court this Saturday, November 15 at 2:15 pm, when they host EPAC opponent Northampton CC.
