Toms River, NJ - OCC Men's Soccer extended their unbeaten streak to start the 2025 season to 3 matches following a 1-1 tie versus Camden CC in the Vikings' home opener on Tuesday (9/9).
The Vikings found themselves on their heels for a large part of the 1st half, battling an aggressive Camden offense that controlled possession. After heading into the half locked in a scoreless stalemate, relief came in the match's 53rd minute, when Ocean freshman Josh Brazier (assisted by Alex Penswater and Jefferson Rubi Cruz) scored his 4th goal in 3 games, to give the Vikings a 1-0 lead for nearly 20 minutes, until Camden landed the equalier via penalty kick in the 71st minute.
The Vikings will next take the pitch on Tuesday, September 16, when they host the Titans of County College of Morris in a 4pm matchup.
