Vikings Volleyball Remains Undefeated, Sweeps Sussex 3-0
Toms River, NJ - OCC Women's Volleyball remains unbeaten in sets and matches following a 3-0 shutout of the visiting Skylanders of Sussex County Community College on Saturday (9/8). Ocean now stands at 4-0 on the season, 1st in Region 19.
OCC freshman OH Claudia Cosme continued her stellar play this season, serving through 24 straight points in the 1st set of this match, en route to the Vikings closing out Sussex with 25-1, 25-5, and 25-9 final set scores.
"Great serve game by Claudia in the 1st set, and we were able to have more of the team come in and get time on the court which was great to see." remarked OCC Women's Volleyball Head Coach Alexis Whitney.
The Vikings return to the court on Monday, September 11, when they host Raritan Valley Community College at 6 P.M.
